I went on my biggest listing appointment yet out on Mangrove Place on siesta key! I think we'll end up listing it for around $3.5 Million!

I recently had the pleasure of showing my clients several stunning homes in Emerald Pointe, one of Punta Gorda’s premier gated, waterfront communities. Marketing Experiments: New Lead Sources Vetted - One Made the Cut!

Last month, I tested two new lead sources to shake up my marketing game. One turned out to be a total win—bringing in 18 new prospects (yep, more than I paid for!). The other? A complete flop with zero results. But that’s the nature of this business—try, learn, and adapt.

 

Recreation and Family Time:

This month, my church held its Vacation Bible School, and I had the joy of volunteering as a team leader. It was an incredible week filled with fun, laughter, and meaningful lessons as we guided the kids and learned more about God together.
