For over 30 years, Jerry Kidd has listed and sold real estate, been a Sales Manager, Regional Manager and managed offices throughout Northern California. He is a well-known and respected leader in the industry and is a captivating public speaker at the local, state, national and international levels. He has authored courses on social media marketing that help agents find and convert leads into business. Additionally, Kidd was a Training Director, IT Director and Director of Technology, Training and Social Media.
Acknowledged for his service as a California Association of REALTORS® Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) Instructor, Kidd authored the GRI 107 “Technology Applications in Real Estate” course, and co-authored the GRI 106 Course, “Money Making Strategies in Real Estate” (essentially a course on prospecting). He is also a certified zipForms Instructor, Docusign Instructor, and Instructor for the National Association of REALTORS® Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) program. He holds the prestigious CRB, CRS, GRI, SRES and ePRO designations, is a Military Relocation Professional and has the following technology certifications: three Microsoft certifications, two COMPTIA certifications and one Cisco certification.
