Interest Rates Still a Factor

Mortgage rates are running from 6.75% to 7.5% . Some FHA products are lower. Home prices are holding steady. Inventory is moving up slightly and pending sales are slowing just a little. With low inventory, we are still selling homes, they may just take 27 days or more.
