Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Hawai‘i Realty's Singing Realtor Nicole Lemas Wins Best Social Media Campaign

HONOLULU, HI (Aug. 12, 2016) – Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Hawaii Realty’s Nicole Lemas has been awarded the Pacific Edge Business Achievement Awards Best Social Media Campaign of 2016 for her outstanding Singing Realtor campaign.

As a third-generation realtor, Lemas saw first-hand how hard her entrepreneurial parents worked to create a business that truly gave back to the community. She began her career in her hometown of Boise, Idaho, where she managed a portfolio of 585 units of multi-family and residential investment properties as well as 500,000 sq. ft. of commercial property. Lemas relocated to Hawaii when she was just 17 years old to attend Hawaii Pacific University, where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology and received a scholarship to sing in HPU’s International Vocal Ensemble. While still in school, she traveled with the international show, “Up with People,” as their lead singer and truly developed her voice around the world.

The Pacific Edge Business Achievement Awards recognize leaders in our local business sectors, and the best social media campaign was awarded based on best strategic use of social media tools for marketing and communications. Lemas’ unique and creative campaign paired her talents, real estate and singing, in an engaging way to reach her current and potential new clients

Lemas was recognized by Pacific Business News as Hawaii’s “40 Under 40” in 2015 for her innovative approach to business and her care for the community. She is a proud member of Rotary International and is the current Chair for their teen-leadership camp, RYLA, statewide. She is also the president-elect for the Rotary Club of Honolulu Sunset at The Waikiki Yacht Club.
