A former New Orleans home of Academy Award-winning actress Jessica Lange has hit the market for nearly $2 million.

Selena Gomez has officially sold her longtime Encino home for $5.399 million.
Gomez purchased the nearly one-acre property for about $4.9 million in 2020. The sprawling residence measures roughly 11,500 square feet and features six bedrooms along with expansive living and entertaining spaces.
But its celebrity history goes back even further.
The home was originally custom-built in 1989 for legendary musician Tom Petty and his first wife, Jane Benyo. During Gomez’s ownership, one of its most recognizable spaces became the wood-beamed kitchen featured in her cooking series Selena + Chef.
Gomez initially listed the estate for approximately $6.5 million in May before closing the sale in September. She and husband Benny Blanco have since moved on to a significantly larger Beverly Hills estate.

California Governor Gavin Newsom and Jennifer Siebel Newsom have listed their expansive Fair Oaks estate for $7.5 million.
