As we get closer to Christmas, here is what the market is doing...
Good news for sellers; houses are still moving quickly. Our strongest advice in this market is to listen to the experts! We have had multiple situations where sellers didn't prepare the home for listing, overpriced it and ended up losing thousands of dollars in the process.The stabilization of interest rates has taken some buyers out of the market, but what we have noticed is the buyers currently looking are solid and serious. The market is holding strong and feel free to contact us with any questions!

Festival of Trees...
Ashley and Amanda participated in the Festival of Trees this past week.The "Elf" tree these ladies decorated was beautiful and a great way our office gives back to the community. All money raised throughout the weekend supports the Junior League of The Great Lakes Bay Region's mission of promoting voluntarism, training, its members, and improving the community. I hope whoever won our office tree enjoys it as much as they did decorating!
