Top line vs. bottom line revenue
In last week's coaching session, real estate supercoach Jared James outlined the difference between top line and bottom line revenue. He explained that top line revenue is the overall gross revenue that your business creates, while bottom line revenue is your business's net profit. His advice to increase your bottom line revenue is to:
Look at your finances every day
Look at your profit and loss statements, expense comparisons, and expense reports
Employ a bookkeeper
Eliminate any and all wasteful expenses
Understanding your money and your business is key to increasing bottom line numbers.
