Joel's Green Thumb

"The Hoop House":  This year Joel has taken on a Hoop house seen in Sicily's landscapes. Like a kid and an erector set, he has built, planted, and is now harvesting bundles of lettuce and romaine, with tomatoes and peppers close behind.  The new crop this year are Shishito peppers.  Of course, the farmer that he is, corn, potatoes, beans, peas, squash....etc.etc. are flourishing with the incredible rains we have had.  Good eating is now!
