Secondly, you've heard me mention that 2020 was off to a marvelous start and here are the statistics to back it up from the Virginia Association of Realtors February 2020 Report:

So what does this tell us? We've seen the largest increase in sales from 2019-2020 moreover than any other year in the last 5 years. Our show is only on pause at the moment but rest assured it will play again and when it does we will see the momentum the year started with in real time and probably on a fast forward track. And for those of you who have read all the way to the end, let me know what you think of these updates by Sunday at 5pm.
