Born and raised in New York City, Joan is a Park Slope, Brooklyn transplant who has lived in Westchester for almost 30 years. She raised her two daughters, Marissa and Emily in Larchmont and now lives along the waterfront in Rye. Joan believes real estate is the best investment a person or family can make.

Prior to entering the real estate industry, Joan worked as a CPA and earned an MBA. Her ability to analyze real estate transactions from a financial perspective is unsurpassed.  She received an Interior Design Certificate from the Parsons School of Design and has a creative eye, with the ability to envision potential for her clients.
