neighborhood spotlight

Positioned on the hills above Downtown Salt Lake, Federal Heights offers some of the best views of the city skyline and the finest homes in the valley. Homes in Federal Heights tend to be ritzy, with large floorplans, luxurious interiors, and well-executed designs. The neighborhood has a private but inviting feel and is a favored residential zone.

Residents benefit from the proximity to the abutting trail system, University of Utah, Natural History Museum, Capitol Hill, and Downtown Salt Lake.
