Last year home sales in the meadows averaged 1,616 sq. ft., with an average yard size of almost 4,000 sq. ft.  The average sale price is up 13% year-over-year at $1,040,000.  Eighteen properties have sold in the Meadows over the last 12 months-four fewer than last year.  The median price of all homes is right on track with last year at $927,500.  There are currently 17 properties listed in the meadows from $659,000 to a magnificent estate offered at $3,575,000.  With relative low supply and solid demand, continued reasonable growth is predicted and that is Good To Know.
