Home Price Increases Lead to Equity Gains for Homeowners  

According to CoreLogic’s Q2 2017 Home Equity analysis, home equity for all homeowners with a mortgage increased 10.6 percent annually since the second quarter of 2016. The equity growth is driven by the rise in home prices across the U.S., with prices increasing 6.3 percent from July 2016 to July 2017. Equity is also more than double the amount from five years ago. 

Homebuyers Remain Optimistic According to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Homeowner Sentiment Survey 

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices released their most recent Homeowner Sentiment Survey which showed that homebuyers remain optimistic about the market. 71 percent of prospective homeowners believe now is a good time to buy a home, and while 72 percent acknowledge a very competitive market, the same percentage still feels confident about buying a home. The KoenigRubloff Cares Foundation Welcomes the Sunshine Kids to Chicago for Teen Getaway

From September 18^th to September 21^st, the KoenigRubloff Cares Foundation welcomed Sunshine Kids from all over the U.S. to Chicago for the Teen Getaway Experience. For four days, our agents and staff showed hospitality to the Sunshine Kids by exploring the wonderful destinations this city has to offer such as the Willis Tower, Shedd Aquarium, and Navy Pier.
