Happy Friday Friends!

I’d like to wrap up this week with some good news about the real estate market. According to Realtors surveyed nationwide, the overarching opinion is that real estate prices will not be negatively affected by the pandemic. And I concur; if anything, I believe we will see a slight increase in prices once the market opens back up as we have a limited supply of inventory and a pent up buyer market with historically low interest rates. 

 
Take a look at this chart of homes in Hampton Roads and the difference between April 2019 & April 2020, we have significantly fewer homes listed for sale and with lower interest rates we are certain to see an increase in market activity in the near future. 
So if you're considering selling in 2020, now is the time to get your home ready because we will be moving into a prime time to sell!
