❄ The Fed will likely increase rates in January with steady increases through 2016/17

❄ The U.S. GDP is forecasted to grow by 2.7% while unemployement will drop to 5%

❄ Existing home sales are expected to grow at a slower rate 3.4% and prices by 4.3%

❄ Housing inventory continues to decline

During the month of November the Carthay neighborhoods donated 577 lbs of non-perishable food to the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank. As the sponsor of the Drive, I could not be prouder of my community.
