Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices is pleased to announce the members of its REthink Council for 2024. Twelve new members will join four existing members who are currently serving their two-year term. The national REthink Council connects forward thinking next-gen future leaders in real estate within an environment where they can collaborate on best practices, develop resources that brokerages can use or implement on a local level, and provide feedback to the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices leadership team.

Step Up Your Reels Game

If you were to finesse just one social media skill in 2024, we’d suggest focusing on Instagram Reels. These vertically filmed videos are Instagram’s top performing content type, as Meta (Instagram’s parent company) is choosing to promote Reels more aggressively in order to compete with the likes of TikTok and Snapchat.

 

Some top tips for creating Instagram Reels: (1) Film your content vertically; (2) If you have dialogue, add on-screen subtitles; (3) Once posted, share your Reels to your Stories; (4) When adding audio or music to your Reel, opt for original audio, or music from Instagram’s library.
