The marketing materials for this year’s BHHS promotion "Love Your Home" are now available to all BHHS PenFed Realty agents. The Sweepstakes runs for 12 weeks from Monday, March 28 through Friday, June 17. You can find initial materials in the Marketing REsource Center including E-Card, postcards, door hangers, flyer, poster, digital ads, and more. Once again, top prize is $50,000. What’s new this year is that your buyers and sellers have a chance to win $2,500 each week during the 12 week sweeps.
“The sweepstakes will increase brand awareness, drive traffic to websites and provide our agents with prospect leads,” said Kevin Wiles Mid-Atlantic president for BHHS PenFed Realty. “It also provides agents with a good reason to reach out to their sphere of influence, since there is a ‘call to action’ to enter the sweepstakes.”
