This months "Good To Know" featured neighborhood is Key Haven.
Average home size is approximately 2200 sq.ft. Just outside of Key West the homes in Key Haven typically have larger lots and most homes are located on the water with easy boating access. Homes sold in 2018 are up 100% from last year. Inventory is higher this year but demand is so strong that the sales volume is up 90%.
Although more properties have been listed and sold inventory remains tight with only 14 properties currently listed for same in Key Haven. Active properties in this neighborhood range from $880K to $3.8M with an average price per sq. ft. of $428.
With relatively low supply and solid demand we can expect continued growth for the Key Haven real estate market.
