Deer Valley East Village is a new portal into Deer Valley and will feature multiple luxury and lifestyle-branded hotels and more than 1,800 private residences ranging from estate lots to luxury condominiums, 250,000 square feet of retail and commercial space, and 68,000 square feet for recreation centers.
Deer Valley’s major terrain expansion is a long-awaited evolution that will add an additional 3,700 acres of skiable terrain, nearly tripling the size of Deer Valley and making it one of the largest ski resorts in North America. Upon completion, Deer Valley will offer over 5,726 acres of skiable terrain accessed by 37 chairlifts serving 238 ski runs and the new portal – Deer Valley East Village – will create a seamless mountain experience from beginning to end.
