Happy Monday Friends!
I have a confession: Prior to the pandemic, I never took the time to write a weekly email! If you're reading this, we have likely done a real estate transaction together or you've considered buying or selling a home. Some of you are like family, others even though we've done a transaction, I've never had the privilege of meeting face to face! I've really enjoyed writing to you and keeping you abreast of what's going on in the local Hampton Roads market especially while we have been in such uncertain times. It was my goal to stay connected and have a sound voice on the ground from someone involved in day to day Real Estate vs imbibing all that CNN was hurling at us about our economy. But this takes time and if I'm going to keep it up, I want it to be relevant and read!
So this week is different, I want to hear from you!
- Do you read the emails?
- Do you find the information relevant or useful?
- What do you want to hear about from a real estate professional?
- Do you like keeping tabs on your neighborhood's real estate market or are you only interested when it's time to make a move? By the way, I can give you in-depth info on any neighborhood in Hampton Roads at any time!
Thanks for taking the time to let me know and for those of you who don't reply, this is a no judgment zone and I'll assume the answer to my first question is "No", the answer to the 2nd question is "sometimes", the answer to the third question is "I'm sick of email", and the answer to the 4th question is "I'll hit you up when I need info!"
If you've gotten to this part, the only thing I have to share that's exciting this week is that I've seen double the number of showings from last week to this week! Buyers are feeling more comfortable getting out and about. If you ask me if "now" is a good time to list my home, I'd say emphatically - YES!
Much joy & peace from my home to yours, Dana
