Concerns about historically low inventory have plagued local and national markets for some time now, but in May 2021, new listings in Hampton Roads were up 24.74% year-over-year in our region, along with pending and sold sales, according to REIN, Southeastern Virginia’s Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
