sEPtEMBER 2017

Dear Friends,

Labor Day weekend marks what many local residents and businesses have long referred to as the "shoulder" season: the end of the summer months (which used to be much slower), and the beginning of the post-holiday full season. With our Desert Resort Cities becoming ever busier throughout the year, it's hard to notice a marked difference - except for the gradually cooling temperatures.

Our real estate market continues its rise, and the increase of home values throughout the Coachella Valley is still a standout with its recovery, and its growth. Part of this is due in no small part to the continual revitalization of the city through green initiatives, new events and attractions bringing in younger demographics, and the increase in new home building and consumer interest.

Despite national headlines, there is still plenty of inventory to be found in traditional home resales in our local market. In particular, the savvy Buyer can find especially great values "down valley", in communities such as Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, Indian Wells and La Quinta.

Whether you are looking to buy or sell, I can offer the highest levels in real estate expertise and professionalism. Please contact me, and allow me to help guide you through that process.
