This year Spring in Palm Springs came in full force. Our recent rains were heavy and lead to the massive superbloom here in Southern California. Joshua Tree and Borrego Springs were some of the desert's most abundunt blooms. With so many new plants, this desert has had many visitors that come to explore nature's new beauty! 

The Palm Springs Air Museum is hosting its annual Flower Drop this Memorial Day. This ceremony is honoring the many lives sacrificed for freedom. It is one of the most special ceremonies here in the desert and draws all of the communities together. The service will have a B-25 Mitchell Bomber dropping 3,000 red and white carnations for the fallen soldiers.  Plan a trip to the desert to experience this wonderful honor and celebration of our fallen soldiers.

 For the month of March 2019, this report shows year over year gains in value in all 9 cities in our valley, for both attached and detached homes. Reports also show total sales increased in one month from 633 units to 734 units, reducing the decline in sales to only 10.3% compared to a year ago.
