Welcome to the heart of May at Samuel's House, where compassion meets action. As the vibrant Florida Keys bloom with warmth, our nonprofit shelter continues to provide a haven for women, children, and families facing homelessness. This month, we're thrilled to highlight our ongoing efforts and a special event that promises to inspire and uplift our community.
Supporting Families, Building Futures
At Samuel's House, our mission goes beyond offering shelter; it's about restoring hope and empowering individuals to rebuild their lives. We believe in the transformative power of support, which is why we provide comprehensive services including housing assistance, counseling, life skills training, and childcare support. Every day, we witness stories of resilience and progress, fueled by the generosity of our supporters and volunteers.
Celebrating Community: Miss Island Queen Fundraiser
On May 7th, Samuel's House is proud to present the highly anticipated Miss Island Queen fundraising event. This special evening promises dazzling performances and showcases the exceptional talent of our six brave contestants. This unique drag queen talent and pageant show celebrates diversity, creativity, and unity within our community.
While tickets for Miss Island Queen are sold out, you can still participate and show your support by donating to our talented contestants. Each contestant has a dedicated donation link, allowing you to contribute directly to their fundraising efforts.
