Along with the milder temperatures, November always brings the increased activity, anticipation and excitement of the coming holiday season to the Coachella Valley. It also brings an increase in real estate inventory to the market, with more prospective Buyers to consider each listing. 

While the Desert Cities always has an amazing inventory of properties available, the heightened flurry of activity - along with increased numbers of people - makes Autumn a great season for Sellers who are serious about selling, to meet Buyers who are seriously interested in Buying. 

Local statistics show an increase of 33.6% in the number of sales for single family homes, townhomes, and condominiums, closed in the city of Palm Springs, alone, for the month of October 2017 (151), versus the number of closed sales for the same during October 2016 (113). At the same time, the median length of days on market for these units in Palm Springs fell to 46 days, compared to an average length of 48 days, one year ago. The average closing sale price rose from $345,000, in October 2016, to $370,000, in October 2017.

31st Annual Greater Palm Springs Pride 2017

The Annual Palm Springs Pride Parade and Festival is the largest LGBT gathering in the Coachella Valley. Downtown Palm Springs will serve as the gathering spot for friends, family and visitors from around the world to celebrate both the diversity and the unity of our community. The festival includes music stages, cutting edge DJs, dancing in the streets, food vendors, exhibitors, and non-profit organizations.

Mediterranean architecture in North America echoes the haciendas of the Spanish New World with their tile roofs, arches, and plaster made rough to resemble plastered adobe. Ornate homes that combine those design elements are often called Mediterranean (or Neo-Mediterranean) because of the composite features of terraces, courtyards, stucco finishes, porticos, balconies, or any number of traditionally Spanish formal design elements.
