September 2016

Dear Friends,

Labor Day Weekend marks what many local residents and businesses refer to as the shoulder season - that would be the end of the once-slower summer months and the beginning of the post-holiday full season. With our Desert Resort Cities becoming ever buiser throughout the year, it's hard to notice a marked difference except for cooling temperatures.

The real state market continues its gradual rise and increase of home values throughout the Coachella Valley with Palm Springs still a standout with its notably faster recovery growth. Part of this is due in no small part to the continual revitalization of the city through green initiatives, new events and attractions bringing in younger demographics, and the increase in new home building and consumer interest.

There is plenty of inventory still to be found in traditional home resales and the savvy Buyer who isn't tied down to city-centric locations can find great values in the Mid-Valley communities of Rancho Mirage and Palm Desert.

Whether you are looking to buy or sell, I can offer the highest levels in real estate expertise and professionalism. Please contact me, and allow me to help guide you through that process.
