64 @ the Riv is the latest development project from Dennis Cunningham and his design-forward Palm Springs Modern Homes company.
Located directly north of the famed Riviera Hotel resort complex, on Indian Canyon Drive, the complex will consist of 64 contemporary-styled condominiums.
This new community will consist of 8 fresh-looking buildings, with 4 units downstairs and 4 units upstairs. Even though the complex is situated in the "Uptown" area of Palm Springs, there will be a lush garden setting around the buildings, the central pool and cabana, as well as the dog park.
The sales office is slated to open in early 2018.

The International Style is the name of a major architectural style that developed in the 1920s and 1930s, and is strongly related to Modernism and Modern Architecture.
It was first defined by Museum of Modern Art curators Henry-Russell Hitchcock and Philip Johnson in 1932, and is "characterized by an emphasis on volume over mass; the use of lightweight, mass-produced, industrial materials; rejection of all ornament and color; repetitive modular forms; and the use of flat surfaces, typically alternating with areas of glass".
